List of Custom Shops?

I'm currently overseas but I'm coming home soon and am looking for a reputable place that isn't an "HD ONLY" snob shop that can do custom work to my '04 Aero 750. I live in upstate New York. I'm stationed at Fort Drum and live in Alexandria Bay. The only places I can find online are "dedicated to the American V-Twin" or some garbage like that. Are there any resources?
