Just about any road in West Virginia.

What I meant by that was that you can easily spend an entire week or more ripping around the twisty roads of WV. To get the most out of it though it's probably best not to crank it on a fat touring rig. Just my opinion.

My summer riding plans through West Virginia were washed out by hurricane rains. I was told that the ride down Route 220 was well-worth the detour. I'm sorry I missed it, but will surely try again next year.
I agree with you about the touring rig. Pack lightly and ride a sport-standard on the twisties.

North Eastern Oklahoma. Get off old Rt. 66 around Salina, head for Hot Spring AR or Eureka Springs MO.

Winter is on the way, and if you find yourself heading south, I have a treat for anyone coming through or to Savannah, GA. A free gift to anyone that mentions this posting at Action Powersports, 7210 Skidaway Road, Savannah, GA. Ask for Tim, I would like to meet others that enjoy Road Bike magazine.

Well how 'bout that?!
With a nice invitation like that, I'm tempted to take a road trip just to see say hi and talk shop!

Interesting little one-sided conversation you're having here. Is it a miss-post or are you chatting with the voices in your head? *grin*

I know it looks that way, but please notice the original posts were made by different people on the old bulletin board software. The Admin then copied and reposted them in the new BB software with the Admin name. You can see the actual poster's name at the bottom.
But I do know Shooter Bob and he does talk to the different voices in his head.
