Donald - did you speak to the Cycle Gear corporate folks about your experience? BiLT products are supposed to have a 5-year unconditional guarantee.
In our experience, the CG folks have alwasy been nothing short of accommodating....i'm sure a properly-placed complaint would do wonders.

so far i have not experianced any satisfaction from "BILT" products . I went to cycle gear to buy a pair of Bilt commando boots . if they were comfortable i was going to buy 2 pair , as it is hard to find shoes for sasquatch , size 14 . they only had one pair , but that wasnt the problem . the box said size 14 , the tag on the tongue said size 14 , but the boots were maybe size 11 .
I was also going to buy a 3x bilt leather vest on sale for $89.00 , but the associate said they hadent received any vests from bilt . I think a good quality control overhaul is in order .
